We help healthcare leaders automate administrative tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance team collaboration, all to improve patient care. Our close partnerships with nursing and operations leaders fuel our efforts to modernize how healthcare teams coordinate, make decisions, and support one another. ## The Role As a Partner Outcomes Specialist, you will drive the ongoing success of our client sites—from onboarding through go-live and beyond. You will partner closely with the Partner Outcomes Manager, lead implementation projects, manage client relationships, and serve as the liaison between our health system partners and Assemble’s product and engineering teams. This opportunity is perfect for someone with clinical experience who has shifted toward health informatics or for a health IT implementation expert passionate about elevating hospital operations and clinical outcomes. ## What You’ll Do - Lead onboarding and implementation for assigned client sites, from configuration to training, go-live, and ongoing support. - Deeply understand client clinical workflows to identify and address gaps between current hospital practices and platform configuration. - Monitor system utilization and drive adoption post go-live, directly engaging with users and site leaders to resolve issues. - Serve as the main point of contact for your sites—charge nurses, nurse managers, and IT partners—ensuring responsive communication. - Bridge communication across teams: clearly articulate workflow needs to engineering/product and system logic to clinical staff. - Continuously improve internal processes and playbooks, sharing implementation insights to benefit the team. ## What We’re Looking For - Deep mission alignment—driven to make healthcare better for the people who deliver and manage care. - At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or healthcare technology implementation/customer success. This is a senior individual contributor role. - Clinical experience (nursing, respiratory therapy, allied health, etc.) preferred, but an active RN license is not required. - Proficiency with Epic or another major EHR preferred—whether as an end user, informaticist, analyst, or implementation specialist. - Excellent interpersonal skills—you quickly build trust with clinicians, nurse leaders, and technical stakeholders. - Ability to juggle multiple client relationships and projects without losing focus or details. - Highly organized and process-oriented—you document as you go and can confidently handle ambiguity. - Comfortable with reporting and dashboard tools to track client utilization and site health. Bonus Points - Experience working outside traditional hospital systems, such as with a vendor, health IT company, or consulting firm. - Familiarity with HL7 or other clinical integration/interoperability frameworks. - Experience supporting sales or pre-sales conversations as a subject-matter expert. ## How We Work - Full-Service Partnership: Our Partner Outcomes team manages onboarding, training, and support end to end—true value is realized only when users trust and rely on the technology. - Collaborative Culture: Good ideas are welcomed from everyone—whether you’re a charge nurse, an engineer, or part of our Partner Outcomes team. - True Ownership: You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for your client sites, from initial conversations to ongoing support. - Trusted Partners: We focus on building relationships—clients know and trust you as the person behind the platform, not just the software. They bring their ideas and issues to you, expecting follow-through and partnership. ## About Assemble ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Healthcare technology (Hospitals and Health Care) - **Target customers**: B2B – health systems, hospitals, nursing and operations leaders - **Mission**: “Simplify the day, amplify quality outcomes” – empowering leaders to turn strategy into action for safer, higher-quality patient care. ## Products & Services - **Assemble AI Platform**: A SaaS platform that centralizes data from existing systems and automates workflows for rounding, huddles, patient rounds, quality improvement, and staff management.
