You’ll be responsible for customer health goals and account renewals. Responsibilities: Partner Engagement & Usage - Stay close to school partners to support ongoing use of Diffit. - Help schools reach early milestones that set the foundation for long-term adoption. - Proactively check in around usage patterns, and find opportunities to increase impact. - Respond to partner questions and needs with clarity, empathy, and follow-through. Renewals - Own renewals for your book of accounts — track timelines and usage signals, surface at-risk partners early, and drive them to a renewal decision. - Identify schools who may be at risk and take steps to re-engage them. - Keep records, notes, and renewal status accurate and up to date. Collaboration, Systems & Feedback - Contribute to shared resources, playbooks, and processes that improve partner success at scale. - Share insights with internal teams to help improve Diffit.
