You will help partners understand the value of Connect, get their teams engaged, identify opportunities to increase adoption, and continually find new ways to integrate Connect into their business and customer experience. You will work at the intersection of relationship management, technology, data, enablement, and growth. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Support, and other internal teams to remove obstacles, improve the partner experience, and turn partner feedback into action. The ideal person is naturally curious, highly organized, commercially minded, comfortable with technology, and genuinely enjoys helping customers and partners succeed. ## What You’ll Own Partner Onboarding & Launch - Own the onboarding experience for new partners and guide them through a successful Connect launch. - Work with partners and internal teams to configure accounts, workflows, integrations, and other requirements. - Establish clear launch plans, milestones, and next steps to ensure partners are set up for long-term success. - Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and team enablement as needed. Cross-Functional Partnership - Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Support, and other internal teams to advocate for partner needs and resolve issues. - Proactively coordinate internal resources to address partner questions, challenges, and opportunities. - Bring partner feedback, insights, and trends back to internal teams to help improve the Connect platform and overall partner experience. - Contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on improving onboarding, adoption, retention, partner satisfaction, and growth. CRM, Data & Operations. - Become highly knowledgeable in HubSpot and use it to manage partner activity, communications, reporting, workflows, and campaigns. - Maintain accurate partner information, activity, notes, and next steps within HubSpot. - Use data and reporting to make informed recommendations and prioritize partner opportunities. - Establish consistent processes that create a scalable and exceptional partner experience. How Success Will Be Measured Success in this role means our partners don't just use Connect—they understand its value, actively engage with it, and see it as an important part of the experience they provide to their customers.
