Since launching in April 2024, we've grown from 0 to 200+ customers, raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC and Y Combinator. Our AI agents retrieve deduction data, validate charges, automate cash application, and dispute invalid claims — work that would take a full-time employee years to complete. For a $1B CPG brand, a single Glimpse agent reviewed 17,000 deductions in under 24 hours, identifying over $10M in recoverable revenue. We're building the next-generation suite of services for consumer brands and are looking for exceptional people to help us scale. ## The role A Partner Manager runs a book of partners the way an AE runs a territory — same discipline, different object. Instead of a set of accounts, you own a rolodex of partners whose networks reach brand decision-makers. Your job is to build that book, activate it, and turn it into a steady stream of qualified introductions that feed the sales pipeline. This is a hunting role with real ownership. You source your own partners, carry your own number, and forecast against it. You'll be one of the first RMs on the Ecosystem team, so you're early enough to shape how the function is built. ## What you'll do - Build your book. Find, evaluate, and sign partners — individuals with direct CFO, CIO, and CEO relationships at brands, as well as institutions (banks, private equity and growth equity firms, advisory firms) whose portfolios put you in front of many brands at once. Assess network fit before you commit to a partner. - Activate partners. Onboard each partner, map their network against our target accounts, and get them producing quickly. A signed partner who never makes an intro doesn't count. - Generate qualified intros. Your core output is live introductions to decision-makers at ICP-fit brands that convert into scheduled first meetings — not names, not forwards, not LinkedIn connections. - Run your book like a pipeline. Weekly review of what's producing, what's gone dormant, and what needs reactivation. Commit to intros 30 / 60 / 90 days out — and hit them. - Move deals from the inside. When a partner can backchannel a live deal toward close, activate that relationship and log the touch as it happens, so the influence is real and defensible. - Partner with sales. Hand off intros cleanly, stay close to deals in cycle, and keep attribution honest. - Partner with the events operator. Collaborate with events operators to drive marketing activations with and for partners to incentivize referrals. How success is measured We run this seat like an AE seat — a real quota, a real forecast, real ownership. You're evaluated on two numbers: - 80%: Credited pipeline from your partners' intros. Sourced pipeline plus influenced closed-won, credited as one number. - 20%: Producing partners. The count of partners in your book with at least one qualified intro in the trailing 90 days. This keeps a book from resting on a single productive relationship — and it's the best predictor of next quarter's 80%. ## What we're looking for - A network you can put to work or the instincts to build one fast. You already have, or can quickly earn, the trust of senior operators and executives across the consumer space. - Sharp, fast judgment about people and businesses. You can size up a partner, a brand, or a decision-maker and know whether there's a real fit. - A true sourcing mindset. You've generated opportunities by finding the right people and building relationships well ahead of any obvious transaction. A pipeline that starts empty doesn't faze you. - You carry a number well. You've operated inside a structured, metrics-driven environment, owned a target, forecast against it, and kept your own system honest without being chased. - Executive fluency. You can sit across from a CFO, CIO, or CEO and be taken seriously from the first conversation. - A read on how consumer brands grow — who decides, what they care about, and where the money moves — or the ability to learn a new market fast. ## Nice to have - Existing relationships with growth equity firms, venture capital firms, or other partners serving consumer brands and/or existing relationships with senior leaders at consumer brands. - Familiarity with retail finance, trade spend, or deductions. This is learnable — we care more that you can build trust than that you already know our category. ## Why this role This is a book of business, not a support function. You own your partners, your number, and your forecast, with the autonomy of an AE and the leverage of a channel that reaches many brands at once — and you're early enough to help define how Ecosystem operates as it scales. ## WHY JOIN GLIMPSE You'll join a company that has found genuine product-market fit and is scaling fast — with the infrastructure, capital, and team to match. Your work will directly shape how hundreds of CPG brands run their back office. And you'll have real ownership: of your accounts, your outcomes, and the AM function itself as we build it from the ground up. - Competitive salary with meaningful equity - In-person team in NYC – high ownership, fast feedback loops - Direct impact on a company growing at an exceptional pace - A front-row seat to building the operating system for CPG brands GLIMPSE is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. GLIMPSE will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. ## About Glimpse ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Glimpse is an AI-native platform that automates deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application for consumer goods (CPG) brands, turning previously accepted losses into a strategic revenue channel. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A – $35M led by Andreessen Horowitz, total raised $52M; backed by Y Combinator) - **Headquarters**: New York, NY, USA (Y Combinator page) and London, England (Built In) – conflicting reports; likely dual HQ as per job postings. - **Founded**: 2024 - **Founders**: Akash Raju (CEO), Anuj Mehta (CTO), Kushal Negi (CPO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: CPG retail operations / Deductions management & revenue recovery - **Target customers**: B2B – mid-market and enterprise CPG brands (e.g., Suave, Chapstick, Lemon Perfect) and retail partners - **Mission or purpose statement**: “Bring consumer brands into the world of AI” – empowering brands to grow with stronger margins and smarter operations rather than scaling headcount to manage complexity. ## Products & Services - **Deductions Management**: AI agents that automatically retrieve, validate, and dispute retailer deductions. Built In lists “Career Growth & Development,” “Compensation & Benefits,” and “Stability & Growth” as strengths. - **Work policy**: On‑site workspace in New York (NYC HQ) and London offices. Typical time on‑site: None specified, but roles are listed as on‑site. - **Notable perks**: Equity‑based compensation at an early stage; opportunity to define engineering and product culture as a founding‑era hire. - **Engineering culture**: Focus on AI agent architecture, large‑scale data processing (17k deductions/24h), and building infrastructure for the CPG industry – a historically underserved vertical. ## Sources 1.
