We are seeking a customer-obsessed, commercially minded Partnership Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of employer and workplace partnerships.This person will be the strategic day-to-day partner to HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, and other client stakeholders—translating business objectives into activation plans that drive employee awareness, engagement, adoption, and long-term partnership value. The Partnership Success Manager owns the post-sale partnership lifecycle, from a successful handoff and implementation through employee activation, performance optimization, renewal, and surfacing partnership expansion opportunities. You will combine relationship management, program strategy, data storytelling, and disciplined execution to make SoFi at Work an indispensable financial wellbeing partner. You will partner closely with Sales, Implementations, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and SoFi consumer business teams to deliver a seamless partner and employee experience.
