THINGS YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE:

- Lead on winning a wide range of project developers
- Support other team members on winning top priority project developers
- Own team-wide processes, such as triaging inbound leads and supplier onboarding. You will be responsible for running these effectively as well as improving how they work over time (leveraging AI tools).
- Isometric champion — represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies

## THINGS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, with a willingness to dive into complex topics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done
- Highly proficient with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork
- Clear and confident communicator — able to break down technical concepts to non-expert audiences
- Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software)
- Desirable: STEM background
