業務について

シニアプロダクトマネージャーとして、PayPayの成長をドライブするプロダクトのビジョン・戦略策定から開発・リリースまでを一貫してリードし、日々PayPayを利用いただく数多くの加盟店とユーザーに期待を超えるFinTech体験を届けていただきます。 本ポジションでは、戦略的なグロースマインドセット、テクノロジーへの深い理解、そしてプロジェクトを牽引するリーダーシップが求められます。拡張性の高いプラットフォーム機能と収益化戦略を一貫して推進するとともに、周りのメンバーへの貢献を通して組織全体とともに成長していくことが期待されます。

主な業務内容

- プロダクト戦略・グロース
- 新機能・新施策の企画・推進 収益化および新たな価値創出につながる、インパクトの大きな機能・施策について、企画、スコープ策定から開発、リリースまでを一貫してリードする
- データドリブンなプロダクトロードマップの策定 市場データやユーザーから得られるデータを分析し、ユーザーの課題を特定する。仮説を構築したうえで、主要KPIの向上につながるプロダクト戦略・施策を立案し、ロードマップに落とし込む
- プロダクト・技術面でのリード
- スケーラブルなプロダクト設計 中長期的な拡張性を見据え、エンジニアリング・デザインチームと連携しながら、技術アーキテクチャやUI/UXに関する重要な意思決定を行う
- プロダクト開発の推進 技術要件を含むPRDを作成し、プロダクト上の課題や不足している機能を特定。エンジニアリング・デザインチームと密に連携し、プロダクトロードマップに沿った開発・リリースを着実に推進する
- 部門横断でのプロジェクト推進
- ステークホルダーマネジメント PayPayグループ各社をはじめ、ビジネス開発、営業、法務、コンプライアンス、データサイエンティストなど、多様なステークホルダーとのハブとなり、優先順位の合意形成や課題・障壁の解消をリードする
- 優先順位付けとフォーカスの決定 限られたリソースを高いインパクトが期待できる領域に集中させるため、プロダクトの優先順位を明確化し、必要に応じて「やらないこと」を判断することで、チームが重要なゴールに集中できる環境をつくる

必須要件

- プロダクトマネジメントにおける5年以上の実務経験
- データ分析を通してボトルネックを具体的なプロダクト戦略・施策に落とし込み、KPI向上につなげた経験
- プロダクトのグロースを軸とした戦略的思考力、および不確実性の高い状況において複雑な課題を構造化し、具体的なアクションへ落とし込む課題解決力
- UI/UXに関する十分な理解と、ユーザーの視点でプロダクトを考えられるユーザー起点のマインドセット
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力

歓迎要件

- テクノロジー関連分野の修士号、またはエンジニアリングなど技術領域における実務経験
- AIを活用した機能、機械学習モデル、AIプロダクトの開発・導入に携わった経験
- スピード感のある環境において、自ら意思決定し、成果につなげてきた高い実行力（Get Things Done）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力

- Hybrid Workstyle ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。

勤務時間

- スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
- 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間））

休日

- 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

- 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
- パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPay独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます。

給与

- 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
- 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
- 毎年1回見直し
- 時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当有 ※給与支給について、一部をPayPayアカウントで受け取ることが可能です（給与デジタル支払いに対応）
