PayPayは、QRコード決済をはじめとする金融プラットフォームを展開し、事業成長とともに新たなサービス・キャンペーンを継続的に創出しています。 経理部は4つのチームで構成されており、今回募集する新事業・ARチームでは、こうした新サービスや各種キャンペーンに伴う会計処理・決算・債権管理を担っています。 チームには、監査法人出身者や上場企業での経理経験者、システム領域に強みを持つメンバーなど、多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが在籍しており、互いに連携しながらスピード感を持って業務を推進しています。

PayPayの事業拡大に伴い、新サービスやキャンペーン施策が増加する中、経理業務の安定運用と業務プロセスのさらなる高度化に向けて、組織体制を強化しています。 本ポジションでは、決算・債権管理業務を中心に、チームメンバーの業務管理や営業部門との連携、業務プロセスの標準化・改善などを主体的に推進いただける方を募集しています。

▼具体的な業務内容

新事業・ARチームにおいて、新サービスやキャンペーン施策に関する決算・会計業務を中心に、チーム運営や業務プロセスの改善もご担当いただきます。

◆キャンペーン関連の決算・会計業務

- 月次・四半期決算業務（証憑突合、勘定科目・金額の確認、担当者作成資料のレビュー、増減分析等）
- キャンペーン施策等に関する会計処理・収益認識の検討
- 債権管理（計上・消込・残高管理）、仕訳起票

◆業務改善・標準化、チーム運営

- 営業部門等と連携した業務プロセスの整理・標準化
- イレギュラー対応における判断基準・運用ルールの策定、マニュアル整備
- 営業部門等の関係部署との調整・折衝
- AI等を活用した業務の自動化・効率化の推進
- メンバーの業務管理、進捗確認および業務遂行のサポート

必要な経験/スキル

上場企業または成長フェーズの企業における経理実務経験（目安：3年以上）をお持ちで、あわせて以下いずれかの経験・スキルをお持ちの方

- 日商簿記2級以上の知識
- 月次・四半期決算業務を自立して遂行した経験（証憑突合、仕訳起票、残高確認、増減分析等）
- Excel（IF・VLOOKUP等の関数、ピボットテーブル）を用いたデータ集計・分析経験
- IFRS15・新収益認識会計基準に関する知識、または主体的に学ぶ意欲

あると望ましい経験/スキル

- 業務プロセスの可視化、マニュアル作成、運用フローの構築経験
- ERPシステム（SAP等）の利用経験

- Hybrid Workstyle ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。

勤務時間

- スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
- 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

- 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

- 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
- パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPay独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます。

給与

- 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
- 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
- 毎年1回見直し
- 時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当有 ※給与支給について、一部をPayPayアカウントで受け取ることが可能です（給与デジタル支払いに対応）
