▼組織・チーム紹介

PayPay証券の企画管理部にて、総務業務全般を担当していただきます。具体的な業務内容は以下のとおりです。

- オフィスファシリティ・総務業務（オフィスファシリティ管理、オフィス構築、執務環境管理等）
- 文書管理（契約書管理、社内規程管理、社外倉庫管理等）
- 取引先管理（取引先審査、管理）
- 稟議申請受付（要件チェック等）
- 会社法関係業務（取締役会・株主総会事務局業務、法人登記申請、法令開示書類作成）
- 知的財産管理（商標・特許管理）
- 安否確認（災害時等の社員安否確認取りまとめ等）
- 各種対外報告（各省庁調査回答、親会社宛各報告等）
