If you want to win, build with us. ## THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to work alongside our HR Director to support global HR operations across Interdependence and its affiliated companies. The Payroll Coordinator will manage key HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, employee records, compliance, HR systems, and employee lifecycle coordination across a global workforce, with a strong focus on U.S. and key international regions. The Payroll Coordinator will support HR administration for all U.S. and global new hires, including processing payroll, onboarding paperwork, coordinating employee documentation, and ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience across regions. This person will maintain accurate and compliant employee records in HiBob, support HR reporting and documentation, and partner cross-functionally with department leaders to ensure employee data and HR processes are aligned across the business. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, experience supporting global teams, and deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws along with international HR payroll compliance.
