As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll be assisting with processing semi-monthly payroll, tax coordination, troubleshooting payroll related issues, and reporting.

What You'll Do:

- Assist Payroll team with processing semi-monthly payroll including multi-state and various pay types of compensation including commission, bonus and overtime.
- Input and maintain employee information necessary for processing payroll.
- Monitors the Payroll email inbox and quickly responds to routine payroll related questions with accurate, thorough and helpful answers.
- Assist employees and managers with processing of timesheet corrections.
- Assists with the tax set-up in new states for unemployment and withholding.
- Other miscellaneous payroll duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work well with employees as well as managers.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High level of personal accountability, integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Office Excel.
