That’s why we’re building the world’s most advanced AI-powered platform for industrial environments, designed to help organizations move from reactive programs to proactive risk prevention across safety, operations, and quality management. Our technology gives enterprises the ability to see risk and inefficiency as they emerge, take action in real time, and prevent incidents before they happen. Today, Intenseye helps protect hundreds of thousands of workers across 25+ countries—and we’re just getting started. ## What you'll do - Manage day-to-day office operations: supplies, facilities, and relationships with vendors and building management. - Support US hiring: schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, and make sure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience. - Plan and run office events and team activities: celebrations, offsites and traditions that build connections across the team. - Own US employee engagement: be the go-to person for team connection and culture. Plan the moments that make people feel part of the team. - Support general company operations: help manage inventory of Intenseye's hardware. Track units, coordinate shipments and returns, and keep records accurate. Pitch in on other operational projects as the company grows. - Handle hardware for new hires: order laptops and equipment, set them up, and have them ready before day one. - Partner with the People team on onboarding and offboarding: coordinate NHO, employee offboarding and general office needs in between. - Support the leadership team: occasional scheduling, meeting logistics, and special projects as needed. ## What we're looking for - 1–2 years of experience in people operations, recruiting coordination, office management, executive support or a similar role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize across competing requests. - Clear written and verbal communication, and a warm, professional presence with candidates and colleagues. - Comfortable with Google Workspace, scheduling tools and ATS/HRIS systems. - Basic technical comfort setting up laptops and accounts, or eagerness to learn. - Startup mindset: High ownership, high velocity, pragmatic judgment. - Able to work on-site in our NYC office minimum 3 days per week. ## Compensation and Benefits - $80,000-95,000 - Employee Stock Options - Health, vision, dental insurance - 401k with match - Flexible PTO policy + 13 company holidays - Pre-tax commuter benefits Intenseye is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered. We know that not everyone will meet 100% of the listed qualifications, and that’s OK. Research shows that individuals from underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet every criterion. If you’re excited about our mission and believe you can have an impact in this role, we strongly encourage you to apply. Your experience, skills, and perspective may be exactly what we’re looking for. ## About intenseye ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Intenseye uses computer vision AI to transform workplace safety by providing real-time hazard detection and prevention for industrial environments. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series B) - **Headquarters**: New York, NY, USA (with a major office in Istanbul, Turkey) - **Founded**: 2018 - **Founders**: Sercan Esen (CEO) and Serhat Cillidag (CTO) ## Core Business - Primary industry: AI-powered Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) software for industrial workplaces. - Target customers: B2B, Enterprise – Fortune 500 companies and industrial groups in manufacturing, logistics, energy, and other high-risk sectors. - Mission: “Utilizing leading safety indicators and AI to save lives” – shifting workplace safety from reactive compliance to proactive prevention. ## Products & Services - **Intenseye Platform (SaaS)**: AI software that integrates with existing CCTV cameras (or private cloud/hybrid setups) to detect unsafe behaviors, ergonomic risks, and potential Serious Injury or Fatality (SIF) events in real time.
