## Job description

Figure es una empresa de robótica e IA que desarrolla robots humanoides autónomos de uso general. El objetivo de la empresa es lanzar robots humanoides con inteligencia de nivel humano. Sus robots están diseñados para ejecutar una gran variedad de tareas en los mercados residencial y comercial. Figure tiene sede en San José, California, y está estableciendo su primera unidad de operaciones de datos en la Ciudad de México.

Como People Coordinator (Coordinador/a de People), eres el responsable de la función de People de una operación nueva en Ciuda de México: operaciones de reclutamiento, onboarding (integración), administración de personal y experiencia del colaborador, trabajando en colaboración con el liderazgo local y con un proveedor externo de nómina. Serás una de las primeras contrataciones en Brasil, construyendo las bases de People desde cero.

Esta es una posición de tiempo completo y presencial, en nuestra unidad de São Paulo.

Responsabilidades

- Liderar operaciones de reclutamiento en volumen: pipelines, agendamiento, experiencia del candidato, coordinación con agencias y logística de ofertas.
- Conducir el onboarding y el offboarding de punta a punta: entrevistas, documentación, exámenes de admisión, coordinación de equipos y experiencia del primer día.
- Gestionar la administración de personal junto al proveedor externo de nómina/RR. HH.: altas, bajas, control de asistencia, vacaciones y beneficios.
- Ser el responsable de los registros de los colaboradores y del cumplimiento de la legislación laboral mexicana.
- Actuar como primer punto de contacto de los colaboradores para políticas, beneficios y nómina.
- Construir desde cero los procesos, políticas y herramientas de People conforme el equipo crece.
- Apoyar iniciativas de engagement, comunicación interna y logística de capacitaciones.

Requisitos

- 4+ años en RR. HH. con actuación generalista, cubriendo el ciclo completo del colaborador.
- Dominio de las rutinas de administración de personal: altas, control de asistencia, vacaciones, bajas y beneficios.
- Experiencia gestionando proveedores externos de nómina o BPO (tercerización de procesos).
- Experiencia apoyando o liderando procesos de reclutamiento, idealmente contratación en volumen.
- Inglés a nivel profesional (coordinación frecuente con equipos en EE. UU.).

## Nice to have

- Experiencia en startup, apertura de unidad o crecimiento acelerado de equipo.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de HRIS (sistemas de gestión de RR. HH.).

Remuneración

- Salario base: $33,000 MXN a $43,000 MXN
