We are backed by leading climate and generalist VCs and work with many of the industry's most innovative energy companies. ## The role We're looking for a People Operations Manager to own our HR operations function, and help us build the transformational people programs that will take our team development to the next level. Day to day, we need a process-focused operations leader to own the essentials: people compliance, payroll and benefits, hiring logistics, onboarding, and our office. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping the next phase of people development, leading strategic initiatives to evolve our performance development program, onboarding program, and professional development. The person in this role will help us to design and build our people operations function from the ground up, not just inherit someone else's template. To do that well, we want you to truly understand Tyba’s business and be a strategic partner to its leaders.
