Rapid geographic expansion and the establishment of multiple legal entities place demands on our People function to keep pace. As a People Operations Specialist, you'll execute and continuously improve the operational processes that power every stage of the employee lifecycle as we grow. Reporting to the People Operations & People Program Lead, you'll work hands-on across Legora's core People function, partnering closely with People Partners, People Tech, Payroll, Legal and Finance.
