## Your Role

Core Lifecycle Execution & Administration

- Assist with end-to-end offboarding administration, serving as a reliable point of contact for tasks including but not limited to:
- Requests for post-exit documentation (such as final payslips, tax certificates, and reference letter)
- Coordinating smooth administrative transitions
- Support regulatory compliance management by tracking key administrative timelines including work authorization and visa statuses to ensure timely renewals and audit readiness.
- Maintain high data integrity and organization across physical and digital employee records, ensuring personal files, incoming mail, and physical documentation adhere to internal archiving standards.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

- Deliver a welcoming, well-organized onboarding experience by managing welcome calendar invitations, coordinating new joiner team lunches, and ensuring new Solarians feel supported from day one.
- Create memorable workplace moments by coordinating employee swag and supporting general team touchpoints.

HR Digitization & Process Optimization

- Support ongoing document automation initiatives by generating standardized operational HR paperwork (such as employment certificates and official confirmations) using automated templates, as well as ad hoc document requests from time to time.
- Drive internal cleanup and database alignment projects within Personio and central archives, ensuring consistent naming conventions, structured filing, and improved searchability across all employee records.

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- A strong detail-oriented mindset with a keen interest in HR processes, labor administration, and compliance.
- First experience or touchpoints with HR systems (e.g., Personio) and standard office productivity tools.
- Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use. We expect you to demonstrate comfort with AI-assisted workflows and a willingness to continuously develop your AI capabilities as the technology evolves.
- Business fluency in English and strong working proficiency in German (spoken and written) due to local administrative and compliance contexts.
- High organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential employee data with utmost discretion.
- A pragmatic, hands-on attitude combined with strong active listening and a continuous improvement drive.
