## Job description

Sobre a equipa Como People Operations, farás parte da nossa equipa de People, contribuindo para a excelência operacional dos processos de Recursos Humanos e para uma experiência consistente e positiva ao longo da jornada dos colaboradores na Glintt Global. Em articulação com diferentes stakeholders da organização, contribuirás ainda para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a implementação de novas práticas que promovam uma experiência cada vez mais simples, eficaz e positiva para os nossos colaboradores.

Sobre a role

- Apoio na gestão administrativa dos diversos processos de Recursos Humanos;
- Preparação e organização de documentação contratual, bem como apoio aos processos de onboarding e integração de novos colaboradores;
- Suporte à gestão administrativa e articulação com a equipa de serviços partilhados;
- Apoio na organização de ações de formação e eventos internos para colaboradores;
- Suporte à comunicação interna no âmbito dos Recursos Humanos;
- Colaboração na implementação de novos processos e na otimização de procedimentos administrativos;
- Apoio na gestão de questões administrativas dos colaboradores, incluindo ausências, férias e outros registos;
- Acompanhamento de ações de auditoria no âmbito da Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho.

- Formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão ou áreas similares;
- Experiência profissional ou forte interesse na vertente administrativa de Recursos Humanos;
- Boa capacidade de organização e atenção ao detalhe;
- Espírito colaborativo e gosto por trabalhar em ambientes dinâmicos e tecnológicos;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e elevado sentido de responsabilidade.
