You’ll coordinate the AI roadmap across People teams, lead the AI Front Door for PeopleX Operations, and design and ship the AI solutions that transform how HR Operations works. You’ll help define what AI-native HR Operations looks like at a company built on technology, with the mandate to set the strategy and the skills to build it. This role requires technical depth, sound judgment, and the drive to move from idea to production in a space where the playbook is still being written. This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
