Our objective is to organise anyone's life, allowing us all to spend time on valuable and meaningful things. ## About the Role You will own the systems, processes and frameworks that drive performance across the company. You will lead company-wide OKR planning and review cycles, design scalable performance management processes, analyze organizational data, and ensure our culture and values are consistently reflected in how we hire, evaluate and develop people.
