We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who can take that on as their own: reading what's working, turning that into the next round of ads, and shipping creative that holds up on Meta, Google, and TikTok. For the right person, this is a chance to build the performance creative function at Recraft from the ground up, with Recraft Studio itself as your day-to-day production tool. ## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Produce paid ad creative — static, motion, and UGC-style edits — for Meta, Google, and TikTok. - Own the creative testing pipeline end to end: form a hypothesis, ship it, read the results, and iterate on winners. - Translate performance data (hook rate, CTR) into the next round of creative yourself, rather than waiting for a brief. - Use Recraft Studio as your primary production tool, and feed what you learn back to the product team building it. - Keep the ad creative brandbook consistent while adapting tone by placement and audience. ## WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You'll join the Marketing team and work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, UA Manager, and Creative and product teams.
