🦄 Про нас Unicorn Pro — performance marketing агенція, яка працює з партнерськими дейтинг-продуктами на ринку США та Tier 1 і є одним із найбільших партнерів за обсягом трафіку в мейнстрім-дейтингу. Але при цьому, ми свідомо будуємо невелику команду, за принципом The Right Few — де кожен спеціаліст є майстром свого напрямку і має великий рівень свободи, щоб будувати процес за власним баченням. Ми віримо: для сильного результату потрібні правильні люди, а не роздутий штат. - Must-Haves:
- 2+ роки досвіду у performance marketing та практичний досвід роботи з Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads або іншими трафік-сорсами;
- Експертиза у побудові full-funnel воронок;
- Досвід роботи з аналітикою: ми працюємо з RedTrack / Voluum, але досвід з іншими трекерами також підходить;
- Значні аналітичні здібності: вміння доводити свою точку зору і приймати рішення спираючись на дані і показники;
- Видатні результати на попередніх місцях роботи: підкріплені конкретними показниками та досягненнями;
- Системність: вміння мислити структурно, та здатність бачити загальну картину й водночас керувати деталями;
- Вільне володіння українською мовою;
- Англійська мова на рівні B1: можливість дивитися контент, працювати з документацією та будувати воронки.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Досвід роботи у дейтінг-сфері.

🎯 Зона відповідальності

- Просування дейтинг-продуктів через джерела платного трафіку (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads або інші);
- Створення рекламних креативів самостійно та у співпраці з креативною командою;
- Аналіз ринку та конкурентів для пошуку нових підходів;
- Робота з аналітикою (RedTrack, Voluum) та оптимізація кампаній відповідно до чітких KPI;
- Розробка концептів і написання ТЗ для нових посадочних сторінок;
- Побудова простих і складних маркетингових воронок.

🧠 Як виглядає процес

- Initial Interview: перша зустріч з TA Manager, де ми обговорюємо мотивацію, очікування від ролі та контекст попереднього досвіду. Використовуються behavioral-питання, щоб зрозуміти підхід до роботи, відповідальність і спосіб прийняття рішень;
- Technical Interview: розмова з CMO/CEO, сфокусована на практиці. Розглядаються реальні кейси, типові задачі та логіка мислення. Без абстракцій — тільки те, як приймаються рішення і які результати за ними стоять;
- Test Task: оплачуване практичне завдання, максимально наближене до реальних задач команди, яке зазвичай потребує 6–8 годин. Оцінюється підхід до виконання, пріоритети та спосіб мислення, а не лише фінальний результат;
- Final Interview: обговорення тестового завдання — розбір підходу, рішень і логіки, а також будь-які додаткові питання, які виникли з обох сторін за час процесу. Це фінальна звірка перед тим, як перейти до наступного кроку;
- Reference Check: фінальний етап — збір зворотного зв’язку від попередніх колег або керівників для підтвердження загальної картини.
