Über die Rolle:

Wir suchen einen Performance Marketing Manager, der das Online-Umsatzwachstum für Emmas EU-E-Commerce-Team vorantreibt. Sie verantworten die Paid-Channel-Kampagnen end-to-end, damit jeder investierte Euro eine messbare Rendite liefert. Sie arbeiten eng mit zentralen Stakeholdern zusammen, von Global Performance Marketing und Creative Marketing bis hin zu Brand Marketing und den verschiedenen EU-E-Commerce-Länderteams.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Verantwortung für Paid-Kampagnen über Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM und TV (linear und CTV) – von der Strategie über die Umsetzung bis zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung.
- Durchführung von A/B-Tests über Creatives, Zielgruppen und Landingpages hinweg und Überführung der Ergebnisse in wiederholbare Playbooks, die die Performance in Ihren Kanälen und Ihrem Markt steigern.
- Beobachtung von Plattformänderungen, Algorithmus-Updates und Markttrends, und proaktives Einbringen neuer Tools, Taktiken und Chancen ins Team.
- Definition und Vorantreiben von Performance-Zielen wie ROAS, CPA und Conversion Rate, und Überführung von Daten aus Attributionstools und internen Dashboards in klare strategische Entscheidungen.
- Verantwortung für Ihr Umsatzziel und termingerechte Lieferung lokaler, regionaler oder globaler Projekte – als gefragte Expertin bzw. gefragter Experte für die von Ihnen verantworteten Kanäle.
- Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Performance- und Creative-Teams bei Ad Messaging, Budgetverteilung und Channel-Mix, um die Rendite jedes investierten Euros zu maximieren.
- Partnerschaft mit dem Sales-Team zur Steigerung der kommerziellen Performance über Produkte und Kategorien in Ihrem Markt hinweg, in Abstimmung der Kampagnenplanung mit den kommerziellen Prioritäten.

Wen Wir Suchen:

- Sie haben einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration oder Ingenieurwesen, der Ihnen eine solide Basis für datengetriebene Entscheidungen gibt.
- Sie verfügen über 3+ Jahre relevante Inhouse-Erfahrung im B2C-E-Commerce, idealerweise in FMCG, Konsumgüterbranche oder Online-Services, mit Verantwortung für Paid-Performance-Kanäle.
- Sie bringen starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein strategisches Verständnis von Paid Channels mit und überführen Performance-Daten in Entscheidungen, die den Umsatz steigern und den ROAS verbessern.
- Sie haben Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und haben lokale, regionale oder globale Projekte termingerecht geliefert und dabei mehrere Stakeholder erfolgreich eingebunden.
- Sie sind proaktiv und selbstreflektiert: Sie bringen Ideen ein, statt auf Aufgaben zu warten, nehmen Feedback gut an und verantworten Ihre Kanäle mit Autonomie.
- Sie arbeiten gut im Team und kommunizieren strukturiert, und bauen ein starkes Netzwerk über Teams, Agenturen und Partner hinweg auf, um gemeinsame Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Sie sind fließend in Englisch und Deutsch.
