We connect to brands' ad accounts and optimize them through creating pages instantly for each ad group and running a learning loop that continually improves conversions. We just signed a Fortune 10 customer, and within 48 hours their customer acquisition cost decreased by 50%. We're backed by Accel, Sheryl Sandberg (former Meta COO)'s venture fund SBVP, and Neo. The Vision Sandberg instantly understood Flint's vision. "I was sharing how it took (me) five teams three months to build one A/B test just to increase conversion by 10% on our Google ad," Lim said. "And then she stopped me, [and] said, 'Michelle, it was 140 people at Meta who had to do this'." — TechCrunch We envision a future where billions more problems get solved, using a new kind of system. Every business will have a digital marketer that runs marketing autonomously. Responding to real-world signals: competitive shifts, user behavior, trending search queries, and the way an autonomous vehicle responds to road conditions and traffic. The Team "One of the most talent-dense AI startups... each member of the early Flint team has a track record, and as a team, they perform like athletes. Amazing to watch." - Dan Levine, Accel Flint is led by co-founders [Michelle Lim](https://www.linkedin.com/in/michlimlim/), Engineer #1 turned Head of Growth and Product at Warp, and [Max Levenson](https://www.linkedin.com/in/max-levenson-a6102199/), engineering leadership at autonomous vehicle startup Nuro, then Engineer #2 at Vooma (YCS23). Every single member of the Flint team has been a founding engineer / founder. Early-stage best practices are in our team's DNA. Because of that, our team knows how to catalyze hockey stick growth, but just as critically, how to navigate it sustainably to create $XB-valued companies. After all, we've done it before. We are alumni of Netflix, Scale, and Shepherd (YC W21) and work together in person out of historic Jackson Square. ## What you’ll do - Own Google Ads performance for a portfolio of brands and agency partners, with Meta Ads joining the mix soon - Find opportunities to reduce waste, improve conversion, and scale profitable acquisition via optimization rigor - Review search terms, audiences, budgets, bids, creative, tracking, and landing-page performance - Build new campaigns and repair or rebuild accounts that need a stronger foundation in both execution and measurement - Make decisions based on customer growth goals, not vanity metrics - Turn complex account data into recommendations customers can understand and act on quickly - Partner with Client Services on reporting, customer communication, and growth planning - Help customers set targets, evaluate results, and decide what to test next - Use Flint in live accounts, identify product gaps, and push the platform to get better and more sophisticated - Bring recurring customer problems and opportunities directly to product and engineering for collaborative ideation on solutions - Help establish how Flint manages and measures paid acquisition across every customer account ## What we’re looking for - Years of hands-on paid acquisition experience across ideally 2+ verticals (DTC, e-commerce, B2C, B2B, etc.) - Deep experience with Google Ads and a strong working knowledge of Meta Ads - A track record of managing meaningful budgets and being accountable for the outcome - Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and landing-page testing - Good judgment about when an account needs optimization and when it needs to be rebuilt - The ability to explain performance clearly to customers with different levels of experience - Strong written communication and close attention to detail - A habit of investigating problems instead of working around them Agency experience is especially relevant. You should be comfortable managing several accounts at once without losing sight of the details that drive performance. Experience with e-commerce, b2b, or subscription businesses is a plus. ## How you’ll work You’ll work directly in customer accounts and stay close to the results. You won’t write a recommendation, pass it to another team and hope it gets implemented. Instead, you will take action to improve account performance. You’ll use Flint to work faster, catch problems earlier, and find opportunities that manual account reviews often miss. When the product gets something wrong, we expect you to challenge it. Your feedback will help us build a better system for every paid acquisition team that uses Flint. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and works closely with Client Services, Product, and Engineering. ## Why Flint Paid media has become harder to manage and more expensive to get wrong. Brands are spending more to acquire customers, while the work after the click has become just as important as the ad itself. Flint is building a new operating system for paid acquisition. It connects media buying, landing pages, and continuous optimization so brands can find waste and opportunities sooner, move faster, and scale with more confidence. At many companies, you would spend your time inside one brand or a small set of similar accounts. At Flint, you’ll work across a range of fast-growing companies, see how different acquisition models perform, and help build the product that changes how this work gets done. Flint is backed by Accel, HubSpot Ventures, Sheryl Sandberg, the former COO of Meta, and other investors who believe paid acquisition needs a better model. This role is so much more than just a media buyer. You’ll be on the front line with customers, and your work will have a direct effect on both their growth and ours. ## About Flint ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Flint is an AI-powered autonomous web platform that builds, optimizes, and updates marketing pages for growth teams. - **Entity Type**: Private (Seed stage) - **Headquarters**: San Francisco, CA, USA - **Founded**: March 2025 - **Founders**: Michelle Lim (CEO) and Max Levenson (CTO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: AI-powered marketing & web infrastructure - **Target customers**: B2B marketing and growth teams at rapidly growing startups and Fortune 500 companies (CMO persona) - **Mission or purpose statement**: To create websites that continuously build and optimize themselves based on visitor behavior and market changes, eliminating the need for engineering involvement in marketing pages. ## Products & Services - **Flint Platform**: An autonomous web platform that scans a company's existing site to capture brand identity and component library, then generates fully coded, on-brand landing pages optimized for conversion and SEO. Features include automated A/B testing, analytics integration, form tracking, ad optimization, and an MCP/API for integration with GTM tools like Claude, Clay, and Relay.app. - **Flint MCP & API**: Enables teams to generate targeted account-based marketing pages directly from their existing workflow tools and CRM. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not publicly available (seed stage) - **Total Funding**: $5 million in seed funding (announced October 2025) - **Lead Investor**: Accel - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Sheryl Sandberg (via Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners), Neo (existing backer) - **Key Customers**: Cognition (Windsurf), Modal, Graphite - **Growth Signals**: The company emerged from stealth in October 2025 and already has live, public-facing customers. Claims a 3x conversion rate increase and 50% reduction in CAC for customers. ## Competitive Advantages - **Autonomous optimization**: Unlike AI website builders (Lovable, Cursor) aimed at developers, Flint is built specifically for marketing teams to ship pages without any engineering maintenance. - **Brand consistency**: Captures a live site's exact component library rather than using templates — pages are perfectly on-brand and pass brand team review. - **Integration-first**: Works alongside existing CMS tools (Webflow, Framer, Next.js, WordPress, Sanity) and all major analytics/A/B testing tools. - **Founding team pedigree**: Led by Michelle Lim (Engineer #1 + Head of Growth and Product at Warp) and Max Levenson (Engineer #2 at Vooma, former autonomous vehicle engineer at Nuro). Team includes alumni from Netflix, Warp, Nuro, Figma, Scale AI, Reddit, and Meta. ## Strategic Focus - **Near-term**: Automating the full page creation workflow for marketing teams — from brand import to deployment — while customers still provide copy. Content writing functionality is approximately one year away. - **Long-term vision**: Websites that perform their own A/B tests, dynamically learn from visitors and market trends, and generate personalized pages per visitor (like Amazon product recommendations). - **GTM focus**: Selling directly to CMOs and growth teams at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. ## Why Work Here - **Founding team & culture**: A small, high-agency team of former founders and engineers from top-tier companies (Netflix, Warp, Nuro, Figma, Scale AI). The careers page emphasizes "building the future of the internet" with a flat, builder-focused environment. - **Growth trajectory**: Just emerged from stealth with $5M from Accel and Sheryl Sandberg — early-stage, high-impact roles available across engineering, solutions engineering, and design. - **Backed by top operators**: Investors include Sheryl Sandberg (former Meta COO), signaling strong network effects and strategic guidance. - **Open roles**: Currently hiring across Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Design (per careers page). Roles appear to be in-person or hybrid given the San Francisco HQ. - **Notable perks**: 14-day free trial for customers (not a perk, but reflects product confidence). No information on specific employee perks (e.g., equity, benefits) is publicly available at this stage. ## Sources 1. [flint.com](https://www.flint.com/careers) 2.
