## About the Role

At Bitmovin, we move fast - and this role sits right at the center of how that happens. We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who anticipates needs, brings order to complexity, and keeps leadership aligned and moving in sync.

You'll be right at the pulse of the company, trusted with sensitive information, coordinating across stakeholders, and shaping how leadership spends its time. If you thrive on high organisation, vault-level discretion, and making magic happen behind the scenes, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

- Manage complex calendars and international travel for executive leadership
- Coordinate smoothly with external stakeholders and key partners on their behalf
- Prepare sharp briefing materials and support meeting kick-offs
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, filtering and prioritising inbound requests
- Tackle dynamic project work and ad-hoc initiatives across business areas
- Handle confidentiality-sensitive tasks with complete discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively handle day-to-day requests to keep the executives' time free for priorities
- Manage ad hoc personal and professional tasks with discretion and attention to detail

What can you bring:

- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting C-level or founder-level executives
- Ability to coordinate complex, shifting schedules and manage competing priorities under time pressure
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities and last-minute changes
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken

Nice to Have:

- Experience supporting multiple executives
- Background in a tech, startup, or scale-up environment
- Prior experience in a company with international offices or remote teams
- Project coordination or light project management experience
- Experience with expense management and reporting tools
