The program identifies vulnerabilities, mitigates risks, and helps ensure the uninterrupted flow of critical medications to military health facilities and deployed forces. This position applies a clinical pharmacy perspective to supply chain risk management (SCRM), with a focus on active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) dependencies, finished dosage form (FDF) risk, counter-counterfeit measures, and interagency coordination. The Technical Lead works with DoD and federal interagency partners to translate national supply chain security priorities into actionable program strategy. The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Advise senior government leaders on medical supply chain vulnerabilities and on strategies to strengthen resilience and readiness - Translate legislation, executive orders, and national strategy on secure supply chains into program goals, issue papers, and executive briefing materials - Identify and map vulnerabilities in global API, key starting material (KSM), and FDF supply lines -
