Position Overview The Photo Studio Operations Manager drives the end-to-end execution of high-volume creative production across the studio. This role ensures that people, processes, and systems are aligned to meet production demand efficiently and at scale, while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and turnaround time. Additionally, the Photo Studio Operations Manager owns the operational systems that enable studio output, which primarily live within the Creative Force platform. They ensure accurate setup of workflows, jobs, style guides, and product data, while maintaining strong data integrity and reliable system performance across all studio workstreams. This includes collaborating with other internal system owners (e.g., Bynder) to support stable API integrations and seamless data flow across Stanley 1913’s technology ecosystem.
