Als Physical AI Data Operations Expert arbeitest du Seite an Seite mit unseren Data Operators, unseren Robotern und unseren Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass das NEURA Gym, unsere Datenproduktionsfabrik, reibungslos läuft. ## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN - Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für die Data Operators und Praktikant:innen, die während deiner Schicht unsere Roboter teleoperieren. Du trainierst, unterstützt und motivierst das Data-Operator-Team, damit hochwertigste Daten entstehen. - Du befähigst unsere Kunden: Du übersetzt komplexe technische Konzepte in leicht verständliche Schulungen. Du erstellst Onboarding-Material, organisierst Workshops für Kund:innen und befähigst deren Teams, eigenständig zu arbeiten. Du bist erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Fragen. - Du passt den Robotik-Software-Stack an und debuggst ihn, um den Gym-Betrieb sicherzustellen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du verstehst die Grundlagen der Robotik wie Antriebssteuerung, Feldbuskommunikation und Kinematik. - Du kennst dich mit unixoiden Echtzeitbetriebssystemen aus, inklusive Low-Latency-Networking (UDP, DDS), Programmierung (Python/C++) und den zugehörigen Best Practices (Versionskontrolle, CI/CD). Containerisierte Softwareverteilung und Deployment-Workflows sind dir vertraut. - Du bist die Brücke zwischen dem Gym-Team und den Abteilungen Research & Development sowie Service bei NEURA. - Du richtest die Teleoperations-Toolchain ein, kalibrierst sie und schulst sowohl interne Kolleg:innen als auch Kund:innen in ihrer Nutzung. Du konfigurierst alle notwendigen IT-Komponenten (z. B. Sensoren wie Kameras und Tiefensensoren, Datenaufzeichnungsstationen, Netzwerk-Setup) in den Gyms von NEURA und der Kund:innen und stellst sicher, dass sie die Anforderungen für einen langfristig zuverlässigen Betrieb erfüllen. - Du verstehst den End-to-End-Datenfluss im Gym – von der initialen Erfassung über verschiedene Sensoren, über Zwischenspeicherung, Synchronisation und Annotation bis zum Upload in unsere Cloud-Infrastruktur.
