Reliable maintenance of our life-support systems — biofilters, filtration, oxygenation, UV, pumps — is critical to fish health, water quality, and continuous production. Job purpose The CMMS Planner plans, coordinates, maintains, and develops preventive and corrective maintenance processes using our CMMS platform, Fiix, serving the Hatchery, Production, Processing, and Facilities departments. You keep asset data, PM schedules, and work orders accurate and up to date, minimizing downtime on critical systems. ## Key responsibilities Maintain the CMMS (Fiix): assets, PM schedules, checklists, and work orders across Hatchery, Production, Processing, and Facilities. Build and monitor preventive maintenance plans for critical equipment (pumps, blowers, biofilters, drum filters, UV units, oxygen systems, PLC/SCADA-linked assets). Schedule and prioritize work orders with technicians and each client department, weighing impact on water quality and fish health. Issue work orders to technicians based on their skill level and availability, ensuring efficient and effective execution. Monitor time-to-complete on work orders to identify trends and improve future planning and execution. Analyse maintenance data (failure history, MTBF/MTTR, costs) and report on performance and improvements. Coordinate spare parts stock levels and reorder points with procurement. Maintain accurate maintenance records (asset history, warranties, inspections). Support compliance with animal welfare, food safety, and H&S regulations (RVO, NVWA, Arbo). Identify reliability improvements (RCM/FMEA-type approach) and support Fiix training for colleagues. ## Requirements Education: MBO level 3, with a keen sense to develop and grow Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning in a similar or related environment Other: - Experience with a CMMS system (Fiix a plus). - Affinity with technical/process installations in a wet environment. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. - Comfortable working across multiple internal client departments. - Fluent in Dutch and English. - Occasional availability outside office hours for critical failures.
