Für unser Team suchen wir Sie als Planner (m/w/d) Sichtkontrolle (befristet auf 24 Monate). In dieser Position verantworten Sie sämtliche Aspekte der Personalplanung im zugeteilten Produktionsbereich zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs hinsichtlich Personalverfügbarkeit und Anlagenbelegung. Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie die folgenden Aufgaben: - Produktionsplanung für die Handsichtung und Sichtmaschinen - Erstellung von Jahresschichtplänen sowie Ermittlung des Personalbedarfs für die Budgetplanung - Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung für Produktionsprozesse, Wartungen und Trainings (z. B. Sicherheitsunterweisungen) in Abstimmung mit Schichtführern sowie unter Berücksichtigung von Schicht- und Urlaubsplänen - Organisation von Trainings-, Onboardingmaßnahmen und Feinplanung des Personaleinsatzes - Abstimmung der Schichtplanung mit dem Betriebsrat sowie Erstellung einer urlaubsbedingungsgerechten Einsatzplanung - Optimierung der Linienbelegung zur Sicherstellung maximaler Ausbringung und Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen - Pflege von Trainingsdokumentation in Veeva sowie Aktualisierung der Trainingsmatrix - Übernahme von Vertretungen im Planner-Team und Teilnahme an Tier-2-Meetings Sie bringen mit: - Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im pharmazeutischen Bereich - Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie - Kenntnisse in der Schichtplanung sowie der Produktionsprozesse in der Pharmaproduktion - Hohe IT-Affinität und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Das bieten wir Ihnen: - Faire tarifgebundene Vergütung inkl.
