In this role you will be working within the Business Operations team, supporting day-to-day PMO administration across revenue and people forecasting, management information, reporting packs, governance meetings, action tracking, supplier risk management and operational coordination. You will gain exposure to the core operations of a busy software consultancy, regularly liaising with finance, commercial, staffing and senior management. Key tasks include: - Preparation of PMO reporting packs - Tracking forecast movements - Coordination of weekly and monthly PMO meetings - Review of data modelling to ensure compliance with guidelines - Administrative support for supplier risk management governance, including coordinating reviews, maintaining records and tracking agreed actions There's plenty of opportunity to contribute more widely across Scott Logic, collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues, and to be involved in shaping operational processes.
