Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Como Commercial Specialist (Middle) do Inter, você será responsável por desenvolver e executar estratégias comerciais para expansão da base de clientes PJ, com foco em médias empresas. Sua missão será identificar oportunidades de negócio, estruturar propostas comerciais customizadas e garantir a satisfação e retenção dos clientes através de um relacionamento consultivo e de alta qualidade.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Prospectar e desenvolver relacionamento comercial com clientes PJ de médio porte
- Estruturar propostas comerciais personalizadas com foco em cross-selling de produtos do ecossistema Inter
- Realizar visitas presenciais para mapeamento de necessidades e apresentação de soluções
- Conduzir negociações e fechamento de novos negócios
- Acompanhar KPIs comerciais e atingimento de metas
- Analisar perfil e potencial dos clientes para identificar oportunidades de expansão
- Realizar gestão constante da carteira de clientes ativos
- Elaborar relatórios e apresentações sobre performance comercial
- Participar de eventos e ações institucionais para fortalecimento da marca
- Trabalhar em sinergia com áreas internas para melhor atendimento ao cliente

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

- Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência em vendas B2B no setor financeiro com faturamento anual acima de 30mm
- Experiência comprovada em prospecção e negociação com médias empresas
- Conhecimento do mercado financeiro e produtos bancários PJ
- Excel intermediário/avançado
- Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica de negócios

Desejáveis:

- Pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas a negócios
- Experiência em fintechs ou bancos digitais
- Inglês intermediário
- Certificações CPA-20 ou superior
