Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do nosso time comercial Corporate e será responsável por prospectar ativamente e desenvolver carteira de empresas PJ com faturamento igual ou superior a R$ 100 milhões/ano, com abrangência estadual. Sua missão será estruturar soluções financeiras customizadas e ampliar os negócios através de relacionamento consultivo de alto nível.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Realizar prospecção ativa e desenvolvimento de carteira PJ com faturamento ≥ R$ 100 milhões/ano.
- Fazer visitas semanais presenciais, gerenciar pipeline e garantir continuidade de negócios
- Realizar atendimento consultivo a sócios, CFOs e gerentes financeiros, apresentando portfólio robusto de produtos PJ
- Estruturar soluções financeiras customizadas (crédito, trade finance, DCM, Asset)
- Apresentar propostas em comitês de crédito e negociar condições com visão executiva
- Acompanhar KPIs de performance (Salesforce), metas comerciais e indicadores de produtividade e rentabilidade
- Colaborar com áreas internas (jurídico, operacional, crédito, produtos) e dar suporte ao cliente
- Representar comercialmente o Inter em eventos relevantes (rodadas de negócios, conferências setoriais, encontros com associações)

- Domínio de soluções financeiras estruturadas para PJ (crédito estruturado, trade, câmbio, DCM)
