## Job description

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you will be the voice of our customers, providing top-tier support for NRS products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Manage accounts to provide information, clarify details, and ensure records are accurately updated.

- Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of issues and execute effective resolutions for customer complaints.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma. English proficiency at 85% or higher.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred/desired.
- Strong computer aptitude, documentation skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent phone, email, and chat etiquette.
- Schedule flexibility and ability to work on-site in Zone 4.
- Professionalism and a positive, people-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
- A proactive team player who takes ownership of their work.
