Vous bénéficierez du soutien et de l'orientation de notre COO, Raphaël Le Lièvre, qui travaillera avec vous pour définir une stratégie commune visant à faire grandir votre Practice. Le rôle du Practice Manager est essentiel dans l’accompagnement, la fidélisation et la projection des consultants. C’est un poste challengeant aux multiples fonctions, décisif dans la croissance du groupe. ## VOS MISSIONS EN TANT QUE PRACTICE MANAGER Vous prenez la responsabilité de la Practice Software Engineering, constituée de 80 consultants et de 3 consultants manager. Votre rôle : Management - Gérer et développer la performance et la carrière de votre équipe - Accompagner l'onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs - Animer la vie professionnelle des consultants Recruitment - Participer activement au recrutement de votre équipe - Garantir la qualité des processus de sélection de la validation technique jusqu’à la fin du processus de recrutement Delivery - Porter, promouvoir l’offre et le domaine d’expertise Software Engineering de MARGO - Assurer le bon déroulement des projets des consultants de votre practice - Participer aux missions de cadrage ou d’expertise projets sur son domaine d’activité - Porter les offres et les engagements auprès des clients en phase d’avant-vente, d’audit ou de delivery projet Expertise - Veiller à une expertise technique continue - Animation des partenaires, création d’événement, veille technologique forte, création d’offres - Contribuer au développement de l'image d'expert de MARGO La culture MARGO c’est : Liberté : Permettre à chacun de construire sa carrière sur-mesure et en toute liberté.
