## Job description

Gemeinsam gestalten wir die Gesundheitsversorgung der Zukunft Doctolib sucht Dich ab Oktober 2026 als Praktikant:in im Bereich Human Resources für unseren Standort in Berlin. Wir bei Doctolib wollen das Gesundheitswesen digitalisieren und sowohl den Arbeitsalltag von Gesundheitsfachkräften vereinfachen, als auch den Zugang zu Gesundheitsleistungen für Patient:innen vereinfachen. Als Praktikant:in unterstützt Du uns bei dieser Mission, indem Du dazu beiträgst, einen reibungslosen Ablauf in unserer HR-Abteilung sicherzustellen. Deine Aufgaben Als Praktikant:in unterstützt Du uns dabei in folgenden Aufgabenbereichen:

- Du übernimmst die Erstellung von Verträgen und anderen Personaldokumenten sowie das administrative Onboarding unserer neuen Mitarbeitenden.
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden und bearbeitest ihre Anfragen in unserem Ticketsystem.
- Du übernimmst gewissenhaft das Abwesenheits- und Datenmanagement unserer Mitarbeitenden in unserem HR-Informationssystem Workday.
- Du pflegst unsere Wissensdatenbank und erstellst Präsentationen.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du uns bei Recherchen und Reporting-Aufgaben und bringst Dich in globale HR-Projekte ein.

Während Deiner Tätigkeit wirst Du:

- Einen tieferen Einblick in die täglichen HR Prozesse eines international agierenden Unternehmens erlangen
- Deine Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsrecht, Vertrags- und Dokumentenverwaltung sowie Personaladministration ausbauen
- Dich im Bereich People Projektmanagement weiterentwickeln

- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Word und Excel und hast Lust, neue Tools und KI-gestützte Technologien kennenzulernen
