Barbaricum is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the anticipated Product Manager Robotic and Autonomous Systems (PdM RGCS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) effort at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, providing day-to-day oversight of trainers, maintainers, and logistics support staff. The role runs the program's management rhythm — task-order management, financial reporting, and program reviews — while ensuring New Equipment Training (NET), Total Package Fielding (TPF), and maintenance operations are planned, resourced, and executed on time and on budget. As a principal point of contact to the Government for cost, schedule, performance, and risk, the Site Manager keeps the on-site team ready to respond to task-order-driven surges. Key Responsibilities: - Task Order Management: Perform all duties associated with task-order management, including facilitating weekly meetings, providing presentation materials, and preparing for detailed discussions on cost, schedule, performance, and risk. - Oversee the team(s) to ensure products, schedules, and events are planned, resourced, and executed on time and on budget. - Assist the PM in managing personnel, logistics, quality control, and overall contractor support to meet Task Order (TO) requirements. - Team Leadership and Oversight: Provide day-to-day management of trainers, maintainers, and support staff to ensure they are prepared to conduct NET and fulfill all contract requirements. - Monitor NET and TPF events, addressing issues as they arise by coordinating with the Government and other stakeholders. - Ensure the tasks normally performed by the Senior Trainer are accomplished in the Senior Trainer's absence. - Reporting and Program Reviews: Develop and deliver the Monthly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) and other reports as required. - Conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the RGCS NET and Fielding Manager. - Consolidate and review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions for accuracy and completeness. - Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logisticians to manage the shipping of Non-Mission Capable (NMC) systems to Fort Leonard Wood, ensuring Technical Inspections (TI) and repairs are completed in a timely manner. - Interface with supported units requesting maintenance support, assigning personnel to review and follow up on DA 2404/5988E forms. - Stakeholder Coordination and Briefing: Participate in New Materiel In-Briefs (NMIBs), In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, and brief the Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and Project Officers as necessary. - Instructor and Technical Support: As a qualified military instructor, conduct NET or maintenance for any RGCS system supported by the program when necessary. - Global Deployment: Be prepared to travel or deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations as necessary to support mission requirements.
