- Dies ist keine typische „Demo-Jockey“-Position. Es geht darum, potenziellen Kunden zu zeigen, was möglich ist, wenn sie Klarheit, Kontrolle und Vertrauen in ihre Netzwerke haben.
- Als Senior Solutions Architect bei IP Fabric arbeitest Du mit einigen der komplexesten und anspruchsvollsten Enterprise-Umgebungen in der DACH-Region. Du begleitest unsere Prospects dabei zu verstehen, was moderne Network Assurance wirklich bedeutet, und verbindest tiefes technisches Verständnis mit konkreten geschäftlichen Ergebnissen und Zielorientierung im Vertrieb.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Produktmanagement und Engineering zusammen und arbeitest im Vertriebsprozess klar unseren Mehrwert duch KI/Automatisierung, Integrationen und das Zusammenspiel im Ökosystem heraus. Du bringst technische Expertise und souveränes Auftreten auf Managementebene in jede Unterhaltung ein, übersetzt Komplexität in klare Handlungsempfehlungen und hilfst Kunden, schneller bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Diese Rolle ist sowohl technisch als auch strategisch. Sie eignet sich ideal für jemanden, der in wirkungsvollen Gesprächen mit IT-Führungskräften von Unternehmen aufblüht und gleichzeitig bereit ist, praktisch Lösungen zu entwickeln, zu testen und zu validieren.

Deine Aufgaben

- Durchführung technischer Discovery-Workshops zur Identifikation von Herausforderungen und Ableitung messbarer Ergebnisse
- Übersetzung von Network-Assurance-Potenzialen in klare Business-Impact-Aussagen (Risikoreduktion, Compliance, Effizienzsteigerung)
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) zur Demonstration des Mehrwerts von IP Fabric in hybriden und Cloud-Netzwerken
- Präsentation von Integrationen mit wichtigen Partnern wie ServiceNow, NetBox, Nautobot, Splunk usw.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und Engineering-Teams zur strukturierten Weitergabe von Feedback aus dem Feld und zur Mitgestaltung der Product Roadmap
- Enge Abstimmung mit Account Executives zur Definition technischer Strategien, Planung von PoCs und erfolgreichen Evaluierungen
- Befähigung interner Teams und Partner durch starke Narrative: wie funktioniert IP Fabric und warum ist es für die Transformation von Unternehmen entscheidend
- Repräsentation von IP Fabric als echter Partner und „trusted advisdor“ bei Kundenworkshops, Konferenzen und Branchenveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

- 6+ Jahre Erfahrung im Enterprise-Networking: Du hast große, globale Netzwerkumgebungen entworfen, betrieben oder automatisiert (Rechenzentren, SDN, Campus, SD-WAN)
- Fundierte Multi-Domain-Erfahrung in On-Premises-, Hybrid- und Cloud-Netzwerken (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Architekturprinzipien (z. B. Modularität, Trade-offs, Einfachheit vs. Overengineering, Ausrichtung an Business-Zielen) sowie L2/L3-Protokollen und Konzepten (BGP, OSPF, VRF, ACLs, VLANs)
- Erfahrung mit relevanten Ökosystemen wie ServiceNow CMDB, NetBox, Nautobot, Ansible, Terraform oder ähnlichen Technologien
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, technische Komplexität in klare, ergebnisorientierte Gespräche mit Fach- und Führungskräften zu übersetzen
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist souverän sowohl am Whiteboard als auch in Präsentationen vor Führungskräften
- Erfahrung in der Strukturierung von Discovery-Ergebnissen, Definition von Erfolgskriterien und Erstellung von Value-Narrativen nach PoCs
- Leidenschaft dafür, Unternehmen bei der Modernisierung, Validierung und Automatisierung ihrer Netzwerke zu unterstützen
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau, verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
