Deine Rolle

Als Principal Consultant im Bereich Payments übernimmst Du eine hybride Rolle aus Business Analyse und Projektmanagement in komplexen Transformationsprogrammen für führende Finanzinstitute. Du gestaltest Lösungsansätze, leitest Workstreams oder Programme und treibst die Umsetzung über Business-, Operations- und Technologieteams hinweg voran. Diese Rolle richtet sich an erfahrene Payments-Spezialistinnen und -Spezialisten, die flexibel zwischen strategischer Analyse und operativer Umsetzung agieren.

Deine Aufgaben

- Leitung oder Steuerung von Transformationsinitiativen in zentralen Payments-Bereichen wie Karten, Account-to-Account-Zahlungen, Pricing & Billing, Kundenservice und operative Modernisierung
- Definition von Zielprozessen, Vorgehensweisen für Anforderungen und Umsetzungs-Roadmaps bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung von Governance und Stakeholder-Abstimmung
- Aufbau und Steuerung von Programmstrukturen, Delivery-Plänen, Abhängigkeiten, RAID-Prozessen und Reporting auf Management-Ebene
- Moderation von Entscheidungsprozessen zwischen Produkt-, Operations-, Technologie-, Risiko- und Finance-Stakeholdern zur Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen
- Beitrag zum Wachstum von Beratungsprojekten durch Lösungsentwicklung, Kundenbeziehungsaufbau und fachliche Impulse im Bereich Payments-Transformation

Dein Profil

- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Payments-Transformation im Beratungs- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld (Business Analyse, Delivery Leadership oder Programmmanagement)
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams in einem globalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Senior Stakeholdern bis auf C-Level- bzw. Managing-Director-Ebene
- Erfahrung in der Managementberatung, im Consulting oder in der Geschäftsentwicklung (Business Development)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Zahlungsverkehrsprodukten und -prozessen (z. B. Karten, Transaction Banking, Billing, Clearing, Settlement oder scheme-getriebene Veränderungen)
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, große und komplexe Initiativen zu leiten, Senior-Stakeholder zu managen und Ergebnisse in regulierten, dynamischen Umfeldern zu erzielen
- Fähigkeit, je nach Kundenanforderung zwischen strategischer Analyse und operativer Programmsteuerung zu wechseln
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit starker Präsenz in kundenorientierten Umfeldern
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft

Gehalt

- Das monatliche Bruttogrundgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens 3.800 €. Das endgültige Angebot kann höher ausfallen und die Erfahrung, die Qualifikationen und die Eignung des Kandidaten für die Stelle widerspiegeln.
