Built on a common standard, every stablecoin on M0 is interoperable and liquid from day one — giving businesses programmable control over how money moves in their ecosystems, and giving financial institutions the most advanced issuance stack in the industry. M0 is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a core area of the M0 platform end-to-end — and to be accountable not just for shipping it, but for scaling its adoption and revenue. You will report directly to our Chief Product and Strategy Officer and operate with the autonomy of a product leader: setting direction, making hard calls, and partnering with leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take products from inception to scale. This is a role for someone at the top of their craft — someone who has built products from zero and grown them into meaningful businesses. ## Key Responsibilities - Own a core product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and the growth that follows. You own the outcome, not just the release. - Take products from inception to scale, and own their commercial trajectory — you treat adoption and revenue as first-class product metrics, not someone else's problem. - Develop a deep understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and translate their needs into crisp, actionable product requirements. - Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping. - Ship inside regulated, supervised environments, working through risks and constraints without losing momentum. - Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions. - Collaborate with go-to-market, sales and partnership teams to align product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem growth, and consider build x buy x partner opportunities to advance the roadmap. - Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, launch narratives — to align internal teams and external partners, and raise the bar for how the product org operates. ## Qualifications - 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience, with a proven track record of shipping products that made an impact in the market. Equivalent entrepreneurial experience is highly valued. - Demonstrated ability to scale a product's revenue — you've owned commercial outcomes and can point to products whose growth you were directly accountable for. - Ideally, deep experience in payments, financial services, or building within regulated or supervised environments — you know how to ship when compliance, licensing, and risk shape the product. - Strong technical fluency — you are a systems thinker and while you won’t be expected to write code, you are able to hold your own in architectural discussions. - Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain complex systems simply and make sharp prioritization arguments on paper. - Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data; you know which metrics matter and why. - Genuine curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money — or a clear track record of ramping quickly in complex new domains. ## Skills & Attributes - Operates with autonomy: You set direction under ambiguity, make strong decisions with incomplete information, and don't wait to be told what matters. - Bias toward action: You'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect clarity. - Collaborative communicator: You foster relationships with finance experts, blockchain specialists, engineers, and designers — and translate fluently between them. - Delivery-focused: You hold a clear line on objectives and drive relentlessly toward outcomes, filtering signals from noise. - Customer obsessed: You represent the voice of the customer in every room, and the voice of the product to every customer. - Raises the bar: You make the people and processes around you better, and you set a standard for craft that others follow. Nice to Haves - Experience building networks or network-effects products — marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, developer ecosystems, where value compounds with each new participant. - Experience working on stablecoin issuance or tokenization. - Experience building developer tools, platforms, SDKs, or APIs used by technical end-users. Compensation: - Competitive compensation (base salary with equity/token grant) commensurate with experience. Benefits: - Global team and flexibility: Join a truly global team with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our hubs in NYC or Berlin. - Health and wellness: Enjoy comprehensive healthcare insurance coverage as well as a wellbeing allowance and gym membership to support your physical and mental health. - Customizable IT setup: Tailor your workspace with access to top-notch IT equipment. - Professional development: Benefit from an annual development budget to enhance your skills and grow professionally, including opportunities to participate in conferences and on-site company events worldwide. ## About M0 ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: M0 provides modular, interoperable infrastructure for developers to launch and manage application-specific stablecoins onchain. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series B, raised $100M total) - **Headquarters**: Zug, Switzerland - **Founded**: 2023 - **Founders**: Luca Prosperi (Co-founder & CEO) – team includes veterans from MakerDAO, Circle, and other leading crypto projects [m0.org](https://www.m0.org/press-releases/m0-raises-series-b-with-investment-from-polychain-and-ribbit-capital-bringing-total-funding-to-100m) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Stablecoin infrastructure / blockchain-based financial technology - **Target customers**: Crypto apps, protocols, fintech platforms, wallet providers, gaming companies – any builder wanting to create a custom stablecoin while maintaining unified liquidity and programmability (B2B, developer-focused) - **Mission or purpose**: “Make your own money” – empower builders to control the digital dollar stack, with customizable, interoperable, and fully onchain stablecoins ## Products & Services - **M0 Platform (Modular Stablecoin Infrastructure)**: A three-layer stack that separates reserve management, token programmability, and issuance. Developers can configure token behavior, rewards, access control, and choose/replace their issuer. The platform ensures all M0-powered stablecoins share a common liquidity layer [m0.org](https://www.m0.org/). - **Stablecoin Launch & Issuance**: Enables apps to launch their own branded stablecoins (e.g., MetaMask's mUSD, Noble's USDN, Usual's USD0). Includes options for becoming an issuer or using a network of regulated issuers [m0.org](https://www.m0.org/press-releases/m0-raises-series-b-with-investment-from-polychain-and-ribbit-capital-bringing-total-funding-to-100m). ## Market Standing - **Valuation**: Not disclosed - **Key Metric**: Total funding raised – $100M (Series B of $40M announced August 28, 2025). Aggregate supply across M0-powered stablecoins surpassed $300M in July 2025, a 215% increase since the start of 2025 [m0.org](https://www.m0.org/press-releases/m0-raises-series-b-with-investment-from-polychain-and-ribbit-capital-bringing-total-funding-to-100m). - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Polychain Capital, Ribbit Capital, Endeavor Catalyst, Road Capital, Pantera, Bain Capital Crypto. Partner: Bridge (US-based issuer) [m0.org](https://www.m0.org/press-releases/m0-raises-series-b-with-investment-from-polychain-and-ribbit-capital-bringing-total-funding-to-100m). - **Growth Signals**: Rapid adoption by major crypto apps (MetaMask, Noble, Usual, KAST, Playtron); 215% supply growth in 6 months; Series B led by tier-1 crypto VCs. ## Competitive Advantages - **Open architecture & modularity**: Each layer of the stablecoin stack (reserve management, token logic, issuance) is independently configurable and replaceable – no vendor lock-in. - **Unified liquidity**: All stablecoins issued on M0 share a common onchain orchestration layer, solving fragmentation that plagues other stablecoin ecosystems. - **First-principles design**: Built from scratch by a team with deep experience in decentralized finance (MakerDAO, Circle), not a white-label tweak of an existing stablecoin. - **Regulatory optionality**: Connects to multiple regulated issuers (including Bridge in the US) and allows developers to switch issuers without rebuilding. ## Strategic Focus - **Current priorities**: Scale the network of issuers and developers, expand US-based issuance (via Bridge), and continue onboarding major consumer and fintech applications. The platform is designed to enable “application-specific digital dollars” tailored to gaming, payments, savings, and other use cases. - **Direction for growth**: Move from being a platform to the standard for programmable stablecoin infrastructure, challenging the current centralized issuer model. ## Why Work Here - **Culture highlights**: “Build things” – the company describes its mission as “hard as it gets” and seeks people who are up for challenging entrenched financial infrastructure. The team includes veterans from top crypto projects, suggesting a high-caliber, mission-driven environment. - **Remote/hybrid/office policy**: Not explicitly stated, but the job posting includes a question about US visa sponsorship, indicating the company hires in the US and likely supports remote or hybrid work. The HQ is in Zug, Switzerland, but roles may be location-flexible. - **Notable perks or engineering culture**: Emphasis on owning the full stack, working on cutting-edge onchain infrastructure, and having a direct impact on how digital money moves. The engineering team is building the core platform that powers dozens of stablecoins. ## Sources 1. [m0.org](https://www.m0.org/) 2. [m0.org/careers](https://www.m0.org/careers) 3.
