This role combines executive advisory, solution architecture, and delivery leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate can engage CISOs and executive stakeholders, lead discovery sessions, design and implement secure architectures, and guide customers through complex security transformations. We are looking for a practitioner who can assess, architect, build, and lead delivery while helping shape Redapt's security services strategy. The successful candidate will bridge business objectives, cybersecurity strategy, IT modernization, AI adoption, and technical implementation. ## Key Responsibilities Executive Advisory & vCTO Services - Serve as a trusted security advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and executive leadership teams. - Lead security strategy and roadmap engagements. - Conduct executive workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions. - Translate business risk into actionable cybersecurity initiatives. - Develop security modernization strategies.
