募集職種

Rocket Nowでは、HRBPを募集しています。 ビジネスリーダーと密接に連携し、Japan HR Headにレポートし、サポートしながら組織戦略に沿ったHR施策を推進します。本ポジションは、国やファンクションをまたぐHR関連プロジェクトへの参加やリード、パフォーマンスサイクルの運営、タレントマネジメントの実行を主に担います。

主な業務内容

- ビジネスパートナーシップ:
- ビジネスリーダーに対し、組織設計、人員計画、HR施策に関する助言を行う。
- プロジェクトサポート:
- 複数国・複数機能にまたがるHR関連プロジェクトに参加し、ディレクターをサポートしながら実行を推進する。
- パフォーマンス管理:
- 年次レビューやパフォーマンスサイクルの運営を担当し、目標設定やフィードバックプロセスを円滑に進める。
- タレントマネジメント:
- サクセッションプランや従業員エンゲージメント施策を実行し、リーダーシップ開発を支援する。
- ポリシーとコンプライアンス:
- 各国の労働法や社内ポリシーの遵守を確保する。
- グローバル連携:
- グローバルHRチームや事業部門と協働し、ベストプラクティスを共有・導入する。
- 労務管理に関する法的要件の深い理解とコンプライアンスの確保
- 必要に応じて法務・HRコンプライアンスチームと連携

応募資格

基本資格

- HR分野で7年以上の経験、Talent management, Recruiting managerなどの経験も可。またはHR未経験でHR以外のProgram/Project manager経験やOperation excellence, Customer success などの経験も歓迎
- パフォーマンスサイクルやタレントマネジメントの運営経験やPeople Managerとして実行した経験
- HRポリシー、労働法、コンプライアンスに関する知識
- 優れたコミュニケーション力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力
- 柔軟性があり保守的ではなくリスクをとってきた経験
- 日本語はNative,ビジネスレベルの英語必須（他言語スキル尚可）
