You’ll be joining a team in early stages of maturity with big ambitions, already responsible for circa £650m of spend, and tasked with an Exec sponsored ‘Cost Out’ initiative in 2026/27. Our Procurement team operates on a hybrid model, which means that employees are required to come into the office twice a week. Our office is located in London, specifically on Cannon Street. ## What you'll do This is a Global role, operating from London HQ, which would involve multiple activity, including: - Develop and Execute Procurement Strategies: Create and implement procurement strategies that deliver value, cost savings, and operational efficiencies. Align these strategies with broader business objectives to support Deliveroo’s growth and profitability. - Supplier Management and Negotiation: Manage key supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts to secure the best terms. Drive continuous improvement and value creation through effective supplier performance management. - Risk Management: Conduct supplier risk assessments, manage third-party risk, and develop mitigation strategies to protect Deliveroo from supply chain disruptions, financial instability, or regulatory issues. - Strategic Sourcing: Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including competitive bidding, RFP/RFI processes, and supplier selection based on robust evaluation criteria (e.g., cost, quality, risk, and innovation potential). - Supplier Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor supplier KPIs and SLAs, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
