InvGate es una empresa SaaS en constante crecimiento que desarrolla productos destinados al IT management y a la automatización de servicios. Actualmente contamos con clientes en más de 60 países y en industrias tan diversas como bancos, e-commerce, educación y tecnología.

Buscamos Software Engineers para InvGate Assets Management, un producto que permite a nuestros clientes gestionar su inventario informático, conocer y explorar su infraestructura, analizar el impacto de los cambios, comprender sus aplicaciones de negocio y las relaciones entre los distintos elementos de su infraestructura, y asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad informática, entre otras funcionalidades.

Buscamos ingenieros que combinen profundidad técnica con una mirada integral sobre el producto y el impacto de lo que construyen en nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades:

- Participar en todo el ciclo de desarrollo, desde el entendimiento del problema y el diseño de la solución hasta la construcción, testing, despliegue, monitoreo, resolución de problemas en producción e iteración.
- Utilizar la IA como multiplicador de la capacidad de ingeniería, incorporándola en las distintas etapas del SDLC para entregar mayor valor, con mayor trazabilidad, menos regresiones y ciclos de validación más rigurosos.
- Tomar ownership sobre los resultados, comprendiendo el problema a resolver, cuestionando lo necesario y tomando decisiones que contemplen tanto los aspectos técnicos como el producto y el negocio.
- Trabajar con autonomía y adaptarse a cambios de prioridades, avanzando, validando, aprendiendo e iterando aun cuando las especificaciones no estén completamente definidas.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Experiencia sólida en ingeniería de software, con una base técnica que te permita evaluar soluciones, detectar problemas y tomar buenas decisiones más allá del código generado por IA.
- Experiencia real utilizando herramientas de IA para desarrollar software y capacidad para incorporarlas a tu workflow de manera efectiva.
- Conocimientos sólidos de Python y Django, bases de datos relacionales y estructuración de datos.
- Experiencia diseñando y desarrollando APIs REST e integraciones con distintas fuentes de datos.
- Criterio y disciplina de testing, entendiendo cuándo y cómo utilizar distintos niveles de validación.
- Capacidad para diagnosticar problemas, optimizar performance y encontrar causas raíz.
- Criterio arquitectónico para evaluar alternativas, entender trade-offs y tomar decisiones considerando impacto, riesgos y mantenibilidad.
- Interés genuino por participar del SDLC de punta a punta, y no limitarte a una etapa específica del desarrollo.
- Experiencia con Angular o frameworks similares es un plus.
- Experiencia previa en productos SaaS o ITSM es un plus.
