Job Summary: オンラインデーティングアプリ「Pairs」の成長を支える「Product Data Analyst」を募集します。

エウレカには、様々な意思決定の場で、データを重視して、ビジネス判断を行う風土があります。今回募集を行う「Product Data Analyst」ポジションは、BI （Business Intelligence）Teamに所属し、ビジネス判断を行うためのデータ利活用の領域を広げ、分析のスピード・質を向上させるという大きなミッションに取り組んでいただきます。具体的には、本ポジションは、プロダクトマネージャーと密にコミュニケーションを取り、データ基盤の構築・データ分析・グロース施策までの一連のPDCA推進を担当いただきます。 前提にとらわれず、エウレカの価値のある意思決定を推進する方のご応募をお待ちしています。

What You’ll Do:

- 各組織と連携しながら、Pairsのグローバリゼーションの戦略立案・立ち上げ・グロースをリード
- データ分析に基づいて、各施策のPDCA推進をリード
- dbt &dagsterを用いたデータウェアハウス・データマートの設計・構築・運用

Basic Qualifications (必須要件):

- SQLによるデータ分析、データマートやデータウェアハウスの構築・運用経験（実務経験3年以上）
- redash / TableauなどのBIツールでダッシュボード実装の経験（実務経験3年以上）
- Coding Agentを使って分析・開発した経験
- データ分析でアクションを自ら提案し、サービスの改善をした経験
- 生成AIを含めた最新技術へのキャッチアップ・学習意欲があること。
- 複数の社内部門・関係者を巻き込みながら、合意形成およびプロジェクト推進を行った経験
- 流暢（Fluent）にコミュニケーションができる日本語能力
- ビジネスレベル以上（参考：CEFR B2以上）の英語能力

Preferred Qualifications (歓迎要件):

- 新規事業の立ち上げ、グロースを推進した経験
- ディレクター・エグゼクティブメンバーとの業務経験
- 複雑で抽象度が高い分析課題も定式化・定量化して解決できるスキル
- dbt/ Airflowなどのデータパイプラインツールの運用経験
- データサイエンス/統計学の専門知識
- A/B Test、因果推論の知識・経験
