## Job description

WHY JOIN IVO?

## THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an exceptional designer to join our team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage and play a crucial role in shaping Ivo’s product, user experience, and overall design strategy. You’ll work closely with the leadership, marketing and engineering to create intuitive, user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. Ideally, you should be comfortable with both product design and other design work, from branding to marketing collateral.

## WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead the entire design and creative process
- Work directly with our founding team to define user interactions.
- Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens.
- Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product
- Optimize for speed, usability, and accessibility.
- Work in fast, iterative cycles — we maintain no backlog.
- Translate our core principles into product:
- Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate.
- Quality matters. Your work stands on its own.
- No backlogs. Build what’s needed, when it’s needed.
- FITFO. You figure things out independently.
- Ownership mindset. You think and act like an owner.

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience in product design.
- You possess demonstrated experience as a 0-1 product designer, focused on designing exceptional products that ship quickly.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
