The Eight Sleep app is the primary point of interaction with our members, and every screen shapes how they sleep, recover, and wake up. You’ll join our Design team and ship real work from day one. You won’t be shadowing. You’ll be designing, testing, and iterating on features used by members in over 30 countries. We’re looking for a hungry, proactive new graduate at the start of their career who treats design like a craft. The ideal candidate is obsessed with simplicity, has a high bar for aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
