If you’re ready to showcase your creativity and have a direct impact on the success of the products we build, we want to hear from you. ## RESPONSIBILITIES - Conceptualize and design digital products, websites, and brands from discovery to delivery - Drive product decisions and collaborate closely alongside Tech Leads and Product Managers - Conduct user research to understand your users and to validate user personas - Craft a beautiful visual direction and translate it consistently across the entire project - Ensure adherence to UX/UI standards, elements, patterns, and specifications - Contribute to project documentation alongside PMs and manage your design delivery based on project milestones. - Explore new approaches, AI technologies and always be ready to learn ## SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS - Experience in designing digital products - A portfolio that demonstrates a eye for aesthetics, a strong taste for visual design, and clear application of UI/UX principles. - Fluent in English with strong communication skills to present and effectively advocate for your ideas - Interest in visual design, user experience and ideally also branding - Experience working with Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a nice-to-have) and exposure to user/app analytics tools to measure design impact. - Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a proactive, collaborative team spirit - A genuine interest in tech, emerging AI technologies, product development, and continuous self-improvement. ## OUR PROJECTS We’ve built over 40 successful products.
