You'll own design work end-to-end from early concepts to shipped features and you'll be in the weeds alongside us, helping shape delightful product experiences for hundreds of thousands of homeowners. Responsibilities: - Partner with Product Managers to drive new product ideas, from early concepts to shipped features - Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately while understanding technical constraints and building relationships with stakeholders. - Collaborate with other Product Designers to raise the bar on craft, process, and consistency - Drive ongoing product iterations based on customer feedback, research, and data - Help maintain and evolve our design system by keeping things clean, consistent, and scalable - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions - Advocate for accessible, inclusive, and clear user experiences Requirements: ## Experience - 4-7 years of product design experience at a startup - A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your final screens; we want to see your holistic process and story telling. ## Skills - Figma-fluent.
