This is a hands-on role covering everything from early exploration through to shipped, production-ready solutions. - End-to-end design collaboration, from prototyping through to production and testing, shaping workflows, interfaces and interactions for a complex technical product. - Close collaboration with product and engineering, making sure a design and experience perspective is factored into delivery from the outset. - Use of qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions, with regular user testing feeding directly into how the product evolves. - Contribution to Honeycomb, Redgate's shared UI component and pattern library, alongside coaching and mentoring of junior team members. - A technical, specialist domain where your work directly shapes how DBAs and DevOps teams manage risk in their databases.
