Você fará parte do time UX Share Experience, atuando na construção de experiências compartilhadas de plataforma para o SuperApp do Inter. Sua missão será liderar iniciativas estratégicas de Design, definindo padrões escaláveis e impulsionando o uso de IA para evoluir a qualidade e eficiência das experiências digitais.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Liderar tecnicamente um time de design;
- Liderar iniciativas estratégicas de Design em experiências compartilhadas de plataforma;
- Definir padrões, comportamentos e boas práticas para garantir consistência e escalabilidade.
- Construir soluções reutilizáveis utilizadas em diferentes jornadas do SuperApp.
- Atuar em parceria com Produto, Tecnologia e Dados na evolução das experiências digitais.
- Explorar o uso de IA aplicada ao Design para ganho de produtividade e melhoria de processos.
- Apoiar squads e designers em desafios de alta complexidade.
- Contribuir para a evolução do Design System e da cultura de Design e IA no time.

- Experiência sólida em UX, Product Design.
- Vivência em projetos estratégicos e de alta complexidade.
- Experiência na construção de experiências compartilhadas e escaláveis.
